Program Description:
Undergraduate International Conference, Research, Intern or Volunteer Experience

Undergraduate students wanting to participate in any type or international research, internship or volunteer experience or any general independent international experience should complete this registration application whether credit bearing or non-credit bearing. Please note that students participating in programs sponsored by the the Texas Public Policy Internship Program, the Career Center and the MSC L.T. Jordan Institute should not use this registration, but should follow up with their program contacts to obtain registration instructions.

Please Note: Due to the current U.S. Department of State Travel Warning for Mexico, all students participating in a university-sponsored experience to Mexico must receive approval from the University president prior to departure.  The University president approval process is facilitated through Study Abroad Programs Office.  At this time travel to certain areas of Mexico mentioned in the Travel Warning will be restricted for all undergraduate students.  For more information regarding the Presidential Approval Process or Travel Rules, please contact
