Program Description:
Graduate/Professional Student International Travel Registration for an
Internship, Research, Conference/Workshop or Volunteer Experience


BY CLICKING THE "Register Now" BUTTON, YOU ARE BEGINNING A PROGRAM REGISTRATION APPLICATION WHICH INDICATES YOU WILL BE TRAVELING ABROAD.
Please read the following information carefully.

 
 
Texas A&M University recognizes the need for its employees and students to travel abroad on official university business. The Texas A&M University Standard Administrative Procedure 21.01.03.M0.02 for Foreign Travel enumerates the process for obtaining prior approvals for foreign travel, funding information, and additional requirements when travel is to an international destination.
 
Registering your independent international travel for internship, research, a conference/workshop, or volunteer experience is required. The entire registration must be completed prior to your departure in order to obtain a confirmation of travel.
 
**Note: Students participating in programs sponsored by a Texas A&M entity (e.g. Public Policy Internship Program, MSC L.T. Jordan Institute, college or department programs, etc.) or any of the following affiliated providers should use the search engine to find their program specific application.

U.S. Department of State Travel Warning Country Notice:
 
All students participating in a university-sponsored experience to a Travel Warning country (including Mexico) must receive approval from the Texas A&M University president prior to departure. Check to see if your destination country is under a U. S. Department of State Travel Warning. If so, this additional approval is required. 
 
Students receive this approval through the TAMU Concur system.  Students who are on University payroll may register themselves in Concur (through the TAMU SSO website).  Students who are not employees should contact their academic department for assistance in completing this requirement.
